The PixelJunk franchise is one of the best-known names on the PlayStation Network, and the newest addition to the complete randomness of the series is coming this May, when PixelJunk 4AM drops. Lots of new information about the game can be found at the PlayStation Blog.
Originally known as PixelJunk Lifelike, PixelJunk 4AM is a game that allows you to interact with musical tracks, altering them and broadcasting the results over the PSN. It’s a strange little title, as we wrote last year, and will require the PlayStation Move in order to play.
But little was known as far as when PixelJunk 4AM was set to drop on PSN. But now we know. Look for it on Tuesday, May 15th at a still-undetermined price point. A free-to-download PixelJunk 4AM Viewer will also be available for those who want to see what others are doing with the game.
PixelJunk 4AM will also be going through a beta. The beta will run from May 1st through May 14th, and details about how to join up will be released by Sony soon.
